• Shipments to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands are not yet available
• To Monaco and Andorra: same rates as for Metropolitan France
• To all EU countries, Switzerland, San Marino, Liechtenstein: €11.90 (0 to 500g), €13.90 (500g to 1kg), €16.35 (1kg to 2kg)
• To Canada and Quebec: €11.90 (0 to 500g), €13.90 (500g to 1kg), €16.35 (1kg to 2kg)

• Deliveries are made by La Poste, in "Colissimo, delivered without signature"
• In mainland France, for high-value items (> €80), deliveries are made by La Poste, in “Colissimo, with delivery of signature”
• For overseas territories and other countries, deliveries are made by La Poste, in "Colissimo, with delivery of signature"
• Once the package has been carefully prepared by us, it will be shipped to you within 24 hours.
• You can then follow the delivery of your package at any time on https://www.laposte.fr/tools/track-your-shipments or in the section Inka Products - My orders
• With Colissimo in France, your package will be delivered to you within 2 working days from the date of shipment directly to your mailbox.
• If your mailbox is too small or you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you. You can then pick up your package at the nearest post office, within 15 days.
