This document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons wishing to make a purchase on the INKA PRODUCTS website www.inka-products.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer" and on the other hand the company Inka Products.

1. COMMANDS

The products are presented in accordance with the legal requirements and as accurately as possible. Differences between the products delivered and those represented on the site or the catalog may exist, mainly for artisanal products for which the homogeneity of production cannot be perfectly ensured.

2. PRICE

VAT is included in the prices displayed on our site at the legal rate currently applicable. The prices mentioned on our site are indicated all charges included, in euros. Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed on our site. Other additional costs that may be payable by you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract. Deliveries made to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various charges and taxes, including customs and import VAT. These costs are exclusively borne by the buyer.

3. PAYMENT

You can choose between the means of payment indicated on our site www.inka-products.com: Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), PayPal, or bank check except specific conditions of www.inka-products.com granted in writing to the client.

The collection of the entire amount of the order will be made by Inka Products at the time of validation of the order or in the event of payment by check upon receipt.

At no time will the sums paid be considered as deposits or deposits. Inka Products accepts national bank cards, visa, mastercard and american express. For payments by check, Inka Products does not bear any costs. Payments by check must be executed within 7 days of the date of the order, failing which it will be canceled automatically by Inka Products.

The products remain the property of Inka Products until full payment of the sums due upon confirmation of the order by www.inka-products.com Inka Products reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever their nature and their level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the customer, or in the event of payment incident.

You declare that you know that all the costs of the bailiff procedure or any other disbursements necessary for the forced execution of the payment will remain entirely your responsibility. As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.

In accordance with Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order to return the items ordered in order to exchange them or to be reimbursed without penalties except for return costs which are your responsibility. Please note that items must be returned new. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged cannot be returned under any circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging, without any inscription on it, with the labels in place and any accessories attached and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

In the event of damage to the item, Inka Products reserves the right to claim compensation. You are strongly advised to post sufficient postage on the return package. Packages arriving at the Inka Products warehouse with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

The return or exchange package must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a properly completed RETURN SLIP (Document to be included in your return package). Before sending you a new product in the event of an exchange, you will be sent upon receipt and control of the return package.

Please contact us at contact@inka-products.com before returning the product yourself. For the return of parcels Inka Products does not bear any shipping costs.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Inka Products reserves the right to refuse an online order. Acceptance of an order is at the discretion of Inka Products. If an online order is accepted, you will be informed as soon as possible by email (if your email address is correctly indicated).

6. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If a package is delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or its contents, the customer must immediately inform the delivery person, refuse delivery and inform Inka Products by email at the following address: contact@inka -products.com. This declaration will allow you to assert your rights with the carrier. Failure to do so will result in your claim not being considered.

7. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

All items remain the property of Inka products until full payment has been received.

All personal information will be treated securely. We will hold and use information necessary to be able to complete transactions. Some information will be shared with affiliated companies but only for order processing activities. When processing the information, your legal interests will be taken into account in accordance with statutory provisions and the law.

We store contact and order information for marketing purposes. If you would like us to stop recording this data, or to refrain from using it in the future, or disclosing it for marketing purposes, please let us know. Upon receipt of the notification, Inka Products will stop using the data attached to your order for marketing purposes and we will refrain from sending you information.

9. EXTERNAL LINKS DISCLAIMER

Despite the complete checks carried out by Inka Products, the brand declines all responsibility for the content of any external links. Inka Products has no control over the visuals or content of external links. Only the companies publishing the external links can be held responsible for their content.

10. PICTURES

Please consider that the colors of the photos may differ significantly from those of the items which will be delivered to you, due to the definition of your screen and the intensity of the light when the photo was taken. In addition, each item in our collection is a unique handmade item. None can be perfectly identical to another.

11. OTHER

On all agreements and orders between the customer and Inka Products, French law is applicable.
