Returns and Exchanges

An item ordered has a defect? Or is it not your size? You can send it back to us. You will have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please contact us at contact@inka-products.com so that we can send you a return label. Please indicate the order number and the reason for return.

Refund conditions

Items must be returned new, unworn or damaged in order to be returned. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged cannot be returned under any circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging, without any inscription on it, with the labels in place and any accessories attached and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

If the items ordered meet the conditions set out above, they can be returned to us in order to exchange them or be reimbursed without penalty, except for the return costs which are your responsibility
